Caught between a product and service, your consultative background and penchant for asking great questions will guide our people and product platform to new heights. Your ability to think through complex situations from multiple perspectives together with your technical expertise in security operations or incident management will ensure our team can do the right thing at scale. You’ll help our Customer Experience team understand the unique journeys that our customers are on and ensure they reach their destination.

What you should bring with you

      • Full understanding of business operations, competitive strategy, and financial metrics

      • Extensive knowledge of information security industry & market dynamics

      • An understanding security considerations of cloud applications and infrastructure

      • Deep understanding of security operations, incident response, and/or threat intelligence

      • Strong knowledge of data analysis and performance/operational metrics and statistics

      • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and conflict management skills across communication styles and levels from deeply technical through executive

      • Outstanding presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences alike

      • 15+ years of professional experience in information security coupled with a bachelor's (or better yet, post-graduate) degree in a related field, or an equivalently compelling series of life experiences
