Summary of Major Responsibilities
The Commercial Operations Intern will assist in the execution of daily assignments supporting the entire commercial team. The position is intended to be a short-term opportunity for an undergraduate to obtain hands-on project management, analytical, and problem solving experience in sales, marketing, and operations while contributing to the Commercial Team effort.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support development of project plans, including; timeline, communication plans, training coordination in support of introducing new business processes or resource implementation.
- Support team with routine planning, targeting, and goal-setting process.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal team members in support of field execution.
- Create presentation materials, including illustrations and mock-ups.
- Collect, organize, and consolidate feedback from multiple sources to inform decision making.
- Lead the note taking and documentation for strategy and execution facilitated meetings.
- Organize resource material and storage placement including: BOX, shared folders, and One Note.
- Maintain customer data quality and integrity.
- Suggest improvements and innovative solutions for processes, automation, and tools.
- Complete work in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service.
- Present ideas to a wide spectrum of internal audiences.
- Support monthly to quarterly business reviews with various sales teams.
- Assist in cross functional calendar alignment and prioritization of work.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment where prioritizing projects and stakeholders is critical.
- Partner with team members to develop task execution and project skills.
- Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
- Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, computer science, or related field.
- Basic computer skills to include Internet navigation, email usage, word processing and cloud base application technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience being a member of a team in a professional or nonprofessional setting.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3.5 GPA or higher
