Strategic Account Executive, Conduct & Culture

We are seeking experienced software Strategic Account Executives (SaaS) to work in our Conduct & Culture vertical in our Washington, DC headquarters. EVERFI’s Conduct & Culture packages provide evidenced-based trainings on key areas of decision-making and community building. With courses on topics like ethics, anti-discrimination and data security, learners are introduced to strategies that will help them sustain safe and secure environments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships. This will include educating corporate decision-makers about the EVERFI solution offering including our platform. This is a unique opportunity for a hardworking, reliable, and determined contributor to play a key role in a rapidly growing education technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Master the EVERFI Conduct & Culture solutions and competitive differentiation
  • Meet and exceed new sales goals from assigned set of accounts
  • Manage pipeline and ensure activities are performed to meet pipeline objectives
  • Accurately forecast pipeline for in month and in quarter expectations
  • Bring in appropriate resources from EVERFI leadership and subject matter experts as needed to support sales and partnership opportunities
  • Make prospecting a part of regular responsibilities, ensuring that new prospects are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis
  • Prepare the development of client presentations, proposals and deliverables for clients
  • Oversee and project manage response to RFPs including understanding of institutional requirements and alignment around EVERFI capabilities
  • Continually keep up to date on new solutions and updated value propositions
  • Continually keep opportunities and account records up to date in Salesforce.com

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 6-8+ years experience selling e-learning or SAAS to corporations
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Previous experience selling online training solutions, LMS, HRIS or compliance software
  • Ability lead complex sales process at the C-level
  • Well versed in the sales methodologies 
  • Strong written and presentations skills
  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proven closer with experience navigating $50K+ ACV deals
  • Willing to prospect 50% of the time.
