The Specialist, Demand Generation Marketing supports the execution of the marketing strategy for one of EVERFI’s main business segments. The Specialist collaborates with their team to create and launch new campaigns and tactics that support the business goals. In this capacity, the Specialist also assists with content execution and project management for the preparation of white papers, webinar decks, and research reports. The Specialist leads 1 to 2 marketing channels, and supports teammates across various online and offline tactics or marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage one or more demand generation channels and recommend ways to improve performance and more efficiently achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as specified by demand generation leadership
- Contribute to email and events strategies in support of the ideation and execution of multi-touch campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive and engage leads
- Create automated lead nurture campaigns and necessary assets, including but not limited to building landing pages, emails, and graphics
- Propose new content types or topics to pursue with subject matter experts, including webinar decks, whitepapers, research reports
- Manage webinars, including audience generation, coordination of speakers, and assistance with content creation
- Manage the execution of specified trade shows which includes designing booths, coordinating logistics, and supporting onsite activities to deliver successful events
- Identify contacts, pack and ship materials for direct mail campaigns, working in partnership with internal teams
- Prepare reporting on campaigns and channel metrics, and identify next steps or areas of opportunity
- Research new ideas, tactics, partnerships, or technologies to support the goals of the business segment
- Other job-related duties as assigned
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of marketing experience in a business to business (B2B) environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage projects with diverse stakeholders
- Basic understanding of various online and offline marketing channels
- Experience with content development and distribution outlets
- Basic analytical and campaign reporting skills
- Basic understanding of search engine marketing best practices
- Experience with WordPress, Marketo, or Salesforce or equivalent systems preferred
- Ability to pose questions and seek answers to make data-driven recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
