Product Marketing Manager
- Lead a team of two marketers responsible for demand generation and content marketing.
- Develop deep product and customer expertise and combine that with local market knowledge to develop GTM strategies that help us deliver on local business goals.
- Partner with the global marketing team to develop localized product messaging and positioning, and in cases of local features, initiate messaging development.
- Collaborate with local team to execute on GTM deliverables.
- Build and own a comprehensive, multi-channel brand development strategy to drive awareness and positioning
- Carefully craft Eventbrite’s product messaging frameworks, brand positioning, and competitive differentiation in the Argentinean marketBe the local product expert across all key categories
- Collaborate with Product, Help Center, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and PR teams to execute product marketing content strategy and go-to-market plans
- Conduct competitive analyses to inform product positioning and content
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research, and conduct competitive analysis to understand customer needs and develop effective product positioning and messaging for the ARG target audience
- Advanced English level
- Minimum 3 years of product marketing or brand marketing experience in the technology industry, with a deep customer obsession
- Proven track record in building a brand in market, and in planning and successfully executing product launches across a diverse set of channels
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and expertise at managing multiple work streams
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, with uncanny ability to get into the mind of your customers
- Expert storyteller, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical functionality into compelling and page-turning customer-centric narratives
- Excellent communicator: part grammar ninja, part Toastmaster
- Creativity, cross-functional empathy, comfort with ambiguity and change, and a “make it happen” spirit
