THE TEAM
The HR Generalist UK/IRL is part of the European Briteling Experience team. Together we cover all HR, Facilities, Training and Recruiting for Europe.

THE ROLE
As our HR Generalist in London, you will be our on-the-ground ambassador tasked with engaging our Britelings as well as the business partner for our General Manager UK / IRL. As our first dedicated Generalist in this geo, you will be looked to as the expert who is responsible for the region, and you will be supported by the European and US based BX team.  You will need to be comfortable with hands on work as well as strategic work.

YOU WILL

  • Be the HR Business Partner for General Manager UK / IRL for all HR related matters: enablement, training, legal, performance reviews, absence etc.
  • Be the Go-to person for all UK + IRL employees
  • Support recruitment for UK + IRL areas
  • Coordinate onboarding + offboarding of employees
  • HR compliance
  • Coordinate local performance management processes
  • Manage absence
  • Work closely with European BX team

THE SKILL SET

  • 3+ years experience in a HR generalist role
  • Understanding of the local employment laws
  • Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR.
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Demonstrated dedication to process improvement
  • Unquestioned integrity
  • English language skills on a native level

  • Experience with Workday and ADP
