Senior Technology Recruiter

TRADE has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to join our team! We are a team that thrives on finding innovated ways to help identify and attract top talent. Our Senior Recruiter will be focused on finding top technology professionals for our emerging technology team. The successful person will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from the initial client meeting- assessing job requirements, improving job descriptions, developing appropriate sourcing strategies to negotiating offers on behalf of ETRADE Financial Corporation.


  • Creatively source qualified technical talent for a diverse range of positions
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to create job profiles that will attract some of best technical talent in the industry
  • Utilize current recruiting tools and best practices to cultivate robust pipelines for active and passive technical talent
  • Manage pipeline through ATS and provide transparency to candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide a smooth and seamless candidate experience by consistent and constant communications
  • Design and execute on strategies for engaging and finding a diverse slate of candidates for each position
  • Ensure that time to hire and all agency costs are reduced
  • Report on search progress, including candidate pipelines, diversity initiatives, and market related compensation
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, job postings, candidate and hiring manager experience


  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 5 years recruiting for tech-specific positions
  • Ability to apply technical subject matter expertise, market intelligence, and deep industry knowledge to both strategic initiatives and individual searches
  • Ability to travel on quarterly basis or as required

  • Demonstrated internet proficiency and working with Applicant tracking systems as well as sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed and Google
  • Experience working with senior leadership - includes excellent communications and written skills
  • Great organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete tasks quickly
  • Understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills
