Senior Manager, Investor Marketing

The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Investor Marketing Strategy and is responsible for customer campaigns and offer strategy. We're looking for a highly-motivated marketer capable of driving strategy, working cross-functionally and a true ambassador for our customers.


  • Lead offer and deepening strategy for customers and prospects
  • Champion test-and-learn methodology, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness
  • Ability to efficiently plan, prioritize and lead numerous projects and tasks at a time
  • Proven self-starter who can identify new opportunities, analyze a problem and develop tactics/strategies to get results
  • Synthesize customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive marketing decisions
  • Monitor performance of marketing programs, understand and analyze key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting response, engagement and revenue goals
  • Work closely with key partners across marketing and outside of marketing (product, sales, customer service, finance) to execute campaigns
  • Challenge the status quo to drive purposeful programs that resonate with investors


  • 7+ years of marketing experience
  • Digital marketing experience within financial services, preferably in the retail brokerage category
  • Experience writing marketing briefs/marketing plan with defined target audience, proof points and objectives

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and with owning strategy to execution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and manage risk
  • Flexible and open to change as business needs evolve
  • Data-driven and self-directed
  • Customer-centric mindset
