Senior Manager, Investor Marketing
More than 30 years ago, ETRADE pioneered the online brokerage industry by executing the first-ever electronic individual investor trade. While the landscape of our industry has changed dramatically, our culture of innovation and drive to make online trading accessible to everyone continues to drive us forward. We believe in challenging the status quo, fostering an environment of curiosity and learning, and, above all, putting our customers first.
You'll know you're the right person for this gig if you get excited about a top-performing campaign that resonates with your customers. You know they can relate to it, because they're engaging with the content and they're taking advantage of offers you created. You're not surprised however because your strategy was informed by customer and campaign insights- there was purpose for everything you did and now you have results to show for it. Of course, there's always room for improvement and you're excited to test and optimize. You love this stuff! Even better, you enjoy partnering with others to bring campaigns to life and know that when you put the customer first- there is no limit.
The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Investor Marketing Strategy and is responsible for customer campaigns and offer strategy. We're looking for a highly-motivated marketer capable of driving strategy, working cross-functionally and a true ambassador for our customers.
