Customer Experience Product Manager

ETRADE Financial is looking for a Product Management professional with expertise in bringing superior digital customer experiences to market. This professional will be responsible for creating-customer first wealth management and investing experiences, managing product roadmaps, and working cross-functionally to drive digital initiatives on ETRADE's online channels. Candidates must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, extremely well organized, and have excellent written/oral and leadership skills.
Drive pace and quality of the product
Own the end-to-end execution plan for digital initiatives
Create project documents and requirements (presentations, user stories, migration plans, communication plans)
Keep the team on track
Actively support and advocate a customer centric approach
Understand customer needs and translate it into a solution
Collect and apply qualitative feedback
Analyze data through the lens of the customer problem
Gather actionable insights and make decisions
Clearly define success criteria and work with in-house research and reporting teams to develop metrics and interpret results
Strategic Problem solver
Support the broader strategic product vision
Leverage strong technical acumen to solve the customer problem
Identify and lead resolution of processes and problems in a timely fashion to negate or minimize business impact
Work and collaborate closely with UX, Design, Development, QA and Marketing teams to efficiently launch innovative features on-time
Push for a transparent team environment by listening and respecting each team member's POV
Serve as a team 'connector' by facilitating collaboration
5+ years of experience in digital product development/management, with strong supporting skills such as project management, data analysis, UX & design expertise, and requirements writing
Subject matter expertise of financial products is desired
Practical experience working within the Scrum Framework and Agile methodologies
Self-motivated, organized, detailed-oriented, team player
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or Information Systems
Limited travel may be required
