Analyst, Account Services Operations
More than 30 years ago, ETRADE pioneered the online brokerage industry by executing the first-ever electronic individual investor trade. While the landscape of our industry has changed dramatically, our culture of innovation and drive to make online trading accessible to everyone continues to drive us forward. We believe in challenging the status quo, fostering an environment of curiosity and learning, and, above all, putting our customers first.
As a new analyst, you will learn about our businesses, develop important relationships, and build career-enhancing skills.
ETRADE's Operations Analyst Program launches successful candidates into a career in the financial services industry, equipping them with a strong foundation in brokerage operations. The program begins with a week-long orientation in which Analysts meet the leadership team, hear from leading experts in the field, and receive relevant technical training. The program is ideally suited for those with little work experience. Analysts may have opportunities to take on new challenges and/or rotate to a different team based on demonstrated performance and merit.
A finance or business degree is not necessary. Your area of study is less important to us than your potential. In whatever capacity you may have distinguished yourself in the past, your future at ETRADE will be shaped by your energy and vision. We're looking for new hires that will help us continue to raise the bar.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package. Please visit https://www.etradecareers.com/why-work-at-etrade/employee-benefits/ to learn more about the opportunities.
