As a member of the core ArcGIS Pro documentation team, you will be in the center of the Software Development division, gathering and sharing information that will help our users succeed in their problem-solving efforts. Your main goals will be to write technical documentation; create blog posts and video scripts and produce videos; and assist with running our content management system (CMS).
- Ability to analyze problems and describe solutions
- Experience communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences in varied written and verbal formats
- Superior initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Basic knowledge of ArcGIS or other GIS products
- Bachelor’s in technical writing, English, journalism, geography, or related field
