Overview

Join the ArcGIS Runtime team for a fantastic opportunity to leverage and develop your existing Scrum and Agile skills. Work in a scaled environment among other enthusiastic and knowledgeable Agile practitioners. You will coach a team on Scrum best practices, facilitate effective interactions, remove impediments, and cultivate a safe environment where the team can mature. You will help to evolve, implement, and refine scaled agile concepts by collaborating within our holistic Scrum Master community.

Your efforts in these key areas will ensure that we produce effective teams who in turn are positioned to deliver cutting-edge SDKs that are used around the world to build amazing native mobile and desktop apps. If you are a passionate agile practitioner with experience in organizational change and you would like to collaborate with others to provide teams and our customers the best experience possible, this is the place to be!

Requirements

  • A track record of developing highly performing Agile delivery teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Agile software development life cycle and implementation approaches
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, mathematics, GIS, or equivalent experience
