Depending on the division's needs, you could work on the desktop support, internal training, technical writing, curriculum development, or business support team.


Projects interns completed this past summer include

  • Developed curriculum for instructor-led training
  • Assisted Esri customers and support analysts with incident reports via e-mail and phone
  • Authored online support resources for ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro Licensing

We seek students who are majoring in GIS, geography, or business and have knowledge of GIS and Esri products; good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills; and technical knowledge.
