Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview

As a member of the Professional Services team, you’ll work collaboratively with talented professionals to create and execute digital marketing plans for the division. This role requires a highly driven, self-motivated individual who will help us connect Esri customers with our service offerings and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proactively coordinate and implement marketing communication initiatives to appropriately position services capabilities and offerings to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversion to qualified opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand the trends and demands of target markets with the view of creating results driven marketing strategies
  • Identify, plan, and implement effective marketing communication approaches through social media platforms, web presence, web analytics, and related capabilities
  • Conduct multiple engagements and activities simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and participants
  • Establish, develop, and manage key relationships to support portfolio objectives

The Company

  • Ability to plan, create, and implement a digital marketing campaign aligned with a marketing strategy
  • Three or more years proven experience in developing communication strategies, with an emphasis in digital marketing campaigns, social media, and content marketing
  • Experience in developing social presence and advocating brands and capabilities effectively
  • Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (social media, content marketing, email marketing, search engines, etc.)
  • Understanding of key digital marketing measurement tools and metrics
  • Self-motivated, creative, and team oriented
  • Ability to develop productive relationships with management, colleagues, and customers
  • Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or communications
