ELS is hiring for the position of Office Manager in Fargo, North Dakota.

What you'll do:

We are looking for a professional Office Manager who enjoys working in a diverse environment and providing great customer service. As the Office Manager you will work closely with the manager to build and maintain a tight running property while keeping a strong commitment to serving our customers.

Your job will include:

  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner. Strong customer service skills.
  • Maintain open communications with all property and regional staff.
  • Work closely with management to develop an integral team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the company.
  • Process accounts payable within the automated accounting system.
  • Work in various computer systems.
  • Work with vendors on meeting company requirements.
  • Assist in processing procurement card reconciliations.

  • Organize office, maintain files, and keep a pleasant and clean environment.
  • Ensure all paperwork for customers, vendors and home office are complete and accurate.
  • Help maintain high standards through the community.
  • Collect rents and make calls to customers.
  • Assist with sales.
  • Research and implement company-sponsored activities.
  • Attend and participate in training programs and seminars as required.
  • Run errands, including delivering various communications to guests or residents, as needed.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.


Experience & skills you need:
  • High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.
  • 3+ year of office experience.
  • Strong communications and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
