About the Opportunity
Epsilon is seeking a Vice President, Automotive Client Services who will responsible for managing the needs of specific OEM account(s). Reporting to the Market Leader, this incumbent will assist in developing sales growth and product development. With a rapidly growing automotive client team, we are looking for a seasoned, charismatic leader who will guide our team to success.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a solid mutually beneficial business relationship resulting in highest levels of client and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain account retention and identify future business growth opportunities
  • Work with the Market Leaders in identifying and developing new products, marketing tools, services, and promotion and strategies which exceed client expectations and retain business
  • Participate in the strategic planning process for automotive market, including market and competitive assessments, market sizing and forecasting, and development of market specific strategies
  • Research and prepare sales proposals with innovative and cost-effective ideas according to customer requests and specified needs
  • Assist with customer care issues and provide solutions by working with key internal contacts
  • Manage approximately 7 direct reports while managing team objectives, setting quarterly and annual performance objectives and assessing performance
  • Conduct development and succession plans for team members and identify high potential performers
  • Develop market and client revenue plans through a combination top-down market forecasting and bottom-up account planning
  • Collaborate with the Epsilon leadership team in completing strategic plans, as well as, preparing performance updates for Quarterly Business Reviews

  • 10 plus years of experience selling CRM/MarComm products, database services, and custom technologies
  • Extremely detailed and diverse knowledge of the business sector, market trends, and have the ability to effectively communicate with clientele
  • Proven success in senior Business Development or Marketing role
  • Previous success in strategic planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to create, organize and produce professional sales presentations and quotes
  • Business savvy and an opportunity seeker
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Ability to develop and share innovative approaches and best practices
  • Proven analytical skills with systematic problem solving
  • Demonstrated effective project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a strong team environment
