PURPOSE OF THE ROLE….

The Traffic Manager is responsible for managing the production schedule from inception to completion to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects and materials. The scope f responsibility extends to reporting & visibility of utilisation of the Creative Department.

The Traffic Manager will work closely with the Operations & Creative management teams to balance workloads and advocate for appropriate timelines on creative projects.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE THAT WILL CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS YOUR SUCCESS IN THE ROLE….

This is a role for a strong performer with solid agency experience and would be responsible for:

Managing the intake of incoming job requests and consults with Operations & Creative management to prioritize projects and determine deadlines (note: multiple countries will be inputting).

Influencing and negotiating deadlines based on priorities and available resources.

Managing workflow/schedules of all incoming and existing projects while keeping all parties informed of status, conflicts, and delays;

Owning, managing, training and enforcing the newly elected project management tool

Pulling utilisation reports and being responsible for correct prioritisation of jobs

Communicating project priorities and due dates to the creative team to ensure alignment of work efforts and priorities.

Enforcing adherence to creative workflow processes and deadlines to ensure standardised approach and delivery.

Ensuring team productivity.

Developing and maintaining traffic management guidelines and process documentation with the goal of continuous improvement to the traffic system and account management process. Producing and distributing accurate and meaningful traffic and metric reports by maintaining workload data and traffic activities.

Maintaining strong working relationships internally and with other departments to ensure open lines of communications regarding priorities, requirements, and status.
