Senior Director of Inside Sales

The Senior Director, Inside Sales is primarily responsible for building, training, overseeing, and orchestrating Epsilon's inside sales capabilities and executing strategy globally. The candidate will bring successful experience managing / building a high performing, data-driven inside sales culture within a complex global B2B environment along with the leadership acumen to drive execution in alignment with the rest of Epsilon's Technology practice.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Proven success leading inside sales function on behalf of large complex organizations in fast-paced industries. Demonstrated record for establishing inside sales as a strategic resource to provide leverage and advantage within a complex B2B software solution sales environment
  • A thought leader who can set priorities, establish accountabilities along with KPI's and drive for results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving business environment
  • Partner with Digital Technology team to collect, analyze, and provide insight on sales-related data across the enterprise including KPI's like sales velocity, customer retention costs, lifetime value, and productivity quotients. Holding staff accountable to the following key metrics:
    • Perform on average 50-75 calls daily and/or 16 hours of Connect Leader weekly
    • Emails out on the calls/voice mails for a grand total of 150 touches on average daily
    • Successfully meet or exceed your monthly quota of 2-3 BANT opportunities per month
  • Support the team to drive simplification, automation and standardization to quickly produce and iterate
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plan including, resource allocation, target market segments, and forecasting
  • A hands-on, sleeves rolled up management style with team-building expertise. A leader who creates a fun, engaging work environment and stays well-connected to the team while aggressively pursuing and surpassing company goals and objectives. An available and reliable resource that quickly delivers value, new business capabilities/possibilities, and simple solutions to complex problems
  • A mentor of people who understands the need for continuous learning to ensure the highest quality service, to increase bench strength, to encourage professional growth, groom leadership, and who implements coaching, mentoring and professional development as dictated by the needs of the organization
  • Track record of not only achieving results but exceeding them
  • Strong background in building partnerships with account management and other sales teams
  • Articulate, confident, driven professional with the ability to work with like-minded professionals in a results-oriented, fast-paced and growing environment
