Senior Agency Customer Support


Join the automotive industry’s leader in custom direct mail sale events. Based in West Chicago, IL Aspen Automotive (IA division of Epsilon) is servicing the direct marketing needs of over 18,000 retail car dealerships nationwide. The Aspen Automotive team provides dealers with quick turnkey advertising solutions that help deliver immediate sales and bottom line profit.


Work directly with the Sales Execs, Creative Team, Senior Coordinators and Client to coordinate automotive direct mail programs. Duties include client correspondence, individual deal coordination and any necessary follow-up communication.


Include but are not limited to creating direct mail letter copy, ordering lists, creating sales orders for premiums, promo package send outs and CO-OP reimbursement documentation for automotive dealers.

Position will require the ability to: multi-task, pay attention to small details, operate under extreme deadlines, resolve dealer conflicts, quote and provide reports, data base maintenance and follow-up. Position will provide back-up support in the absence/overload of other Account Coordinators.

Education and/or Experience

Minimum of Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working knowledge in Indesign, Quark, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and various Aspen specific programs (i.e. Shopboard, Mail Trail, Dashboard, AspenLeads, Salesforce, etc).

Working knowledge of basic office equipment including copy machines, scanners, fax machines and personal computers.
