Senior Account Supervisor
The Senior Account Supervisor is responsible for the management of client relationships as well as internal leadership for all agency departments including strategy, project management, production and creative services. They are responsible for the overall health of the account. We are looking for a self-starter and proven leader who understands the complexities of an ad account and can have a heavy hand in managing internal department relationships and be a lead and relationship builder for our clients.
The candidate who fills this position, will work directly with the client leads on social media, and digital display and sit at the client's office in Woodland Hills, CA, 3-days per week. They will manage a small Account team and work with project managers, strategy and creative teams located in Chicago, IL and Wilton, CT. Responsibilities will include:
•Help drive earned, owned and paid social media activities including content development and daily management of Facebook, Twitter and other platforms, increasing engagement with diverse audiences, and mitigating risk through planning and policy adherence
•Provide guidance to client and agency and client teams on digital strategy and implementation, including planning and consultation
•Oversee measurement and conduct monthly and ad-hoc reporting of key performance indicators and periodic A/B testing
•Work with social listening lead and to turn insights into actionable recommendations
•Work with multiple team members to recommend, develop, and implement new strategies to achieve organizational objectives
•Conceptualize, coordinate, and prepare client-ready content for social media including images and videos in coordination with Creative Services that meet both company and client standards and needs
•In consultation with Project Management teams, strategize content for ongoing paid campaigns
•Ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day client management and implementation of programs and initiatives
•Ensure recommended work delivers against assignment brief
•Develop client and partner relationships at the appropriate levels
•Proactively grow client business understanding of revenue goals for account
•Flawless execution of clients' programs, plan tactics and follow-through
•Coordinate with project management, production and creative groups on project and campaign development
•Contribute to Strategic Planning and Concept Development
•Proactive thought-leadership across all aspects of the business
•Keep senior management accurately informed and current on all aspects of projects and work activity
•Work with Project Management to manage financial tracking and reporting including monthly job reconciliations
•Aid in the development of estimates and SOWs for client projects
•Creatively and proactively provide solutions to client business issues and challenges
•Provide leadership, mentorship and management for direct reports, where applicable
•Act as agency ambassador internally and externally
•5 years of experience leading social media outreach as a part of integrated communications programs for clients in heavily regulated industries (i.e. finance, insurance, health, etc.)
•In-depth knowledge of best practices for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter platforms
•Proficiency with social media measurement and management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Facebook Business Manager)
•Superior verbal, written, analytical and presentation communication skills and personal interaction skills
•Actively participates in social media and has a passion for content and functionality of major social channels, always keeping an on the latest trends and user behavior
•Experience in serving as the main point of contact for social media for internal and external clients
•Develop project briefs with client input, secure approvals and brief creative department.
•Bachelor's Degree preferred
•Minimum of 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience; agency experience preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat
•Must possess excellent presentation skills and be comfortable leading and managing client meetings and needs
•Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
•Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
•Should have high standards, a strong work ethic and be able to function autonomously, while retaining team membership and spirit
•Thorough and accurate communication ability
•Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills
•Financial experience a plus, but not required
