In this role you will be involved in delivering & overseeing exceptional client service to deliver on tasks, briefs & projects. The role will be hands-on incorporating all the wonderful things about account management and client success including looking for opportunities to achieve growth on the account, all the while sharing your skills, knowledge and insights with more junior members of the Team.
Managing a set of digital marketing projects simultaneously across multiple clients and
products. This will span email marketing, content marketing, online events management,
digital campaigns and Livestream projects
Owns project management of the account and the delivery of all projects
Direct and dedicated management of client accounts
Owning daily client communications
Managing the relationship with other internal departments
Writing and supervising Project, Production and Creative briefs
Responsibility for generating accurate SOW's with the Project Management & Creative
Managing invoices and payment coordination in a timely manner
Managing budgets, tracking internal hours and measuring profitability
Able to review data/results and provide recommendations on program improvements
Understands how to leverage customer insights to drive meaningful, action driven
Planning and driving QBRs and client reviews with clients
Early stage assessment of potential new business opportunities within the client
Develop excellent relationships with all current client contacts as well as building wider
client contact base

Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail are paramount
Strong focus on Digital essential
Experience working with HTML developers
Email marketing best practices
Experience in using customer insights and working with strategy team
Experience managing projects through the creative process
Experience with idea generation for suitable content creation
Being proactive across projects, always looking to add more value
A team player who gets involved and isn't afraid to voice an opinion

Educated to degree level (or similar) in Marketing or Business or IT

Client retention and managing client relationship
Delivery against revenue targets
Managing up to AD, CSD and Creative Director and working alongside the Creative
Department, S&I and Development teams
