Job Summary: Responsible for the end to end execution of the capability they support (Statements/Letters). This includes developing and maintaining the skills to be a subject matter expert (SME) on the managed capability. Responsibilities include consistently meeting with internal partners to develop action plans on how to achieve their clients marketing objectives, and executing on these tasks utilizing the statements / letters systems and processes. Essential to all processes is the execution of a first events validation or auditing plan to ensure that all set up items are working as expected to achieve the program or initiative objectives. Essential Job Functions: Drives the execution of our clients marketing plans by utilizing statement / letter system and processes. This can include occasional weekend and holiday coverage. Also serves as primary contact for question or inquiries including problem investigation and resolution for the capability.
Drives the execution of all auditing and quality assurance processes for the managed capability. Completes the assigned validation plans on time with all milestones being met to ensure the program or initiative is achieved.
Actively participates in meetings with internal partners to determine and develop solutions to meet clients marketing or bank driven objectives using the statements or letters capability. Educates partners on letters and statements functionalities and processes. Actively participates in planning sessions to test and implement a system enhancement or specific functionally fix. Works to problem solve questions / inquires and executes on the plans for risk and resolution for the supported statement or letters capability. Preferred Education/Certifications: Some College / Associates Degree or Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations Management, or equivalent education or experience
Preferred Work Experience: 2-4 Years in similar or related field Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Primary responsibility is to support the assigned capabilities or processes. In addition, duties require actively participating in efforts focusing on system or process enhancements for the supported capabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Strong working knowledge of QMF, TSO, SAS, VCARS • Knowledge of or aptitude to learn marketing capabilities (Statements, Letters) functionality • Strong working skills with all Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint • Working skills with Adobe Photoshop • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Working knowledge of project management • Proven ability with managing process or functions • Excellent aptitude for detail, following processes, maintaining accuracy, and consistency when completing job responsibilities • Excellent ability to organize tasks and react to shifting priorities without compromising assigned tasks • Strong ability to communicate and lead communications with individuals at all levels internally as well as with other departments • Strong ability to research, analyze and extract insights from data • Strong ability to work and manage responsibilities independently • Excellent ability to identify and resolve issues and problems • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
