Product Knowledge Manager

The Product Knowledge Manager is responsible for the Knowledge Management (KM) process and strategy across Epsilon Digital Marketing products. This position oversees the dissemination of all product end-user and technical content; participates in the development of the product KM strategy; sets standards and processes for knowledge creation and maintenance; identifies techniques and best practices to facilitate knowledge transfer; and evaluates all areas of product KM for effectiveness and efficiency.

The Product Knowledge Manager serves as a relationship manager with key departments within Epsilon, using strong communication and collaborations skills to ensure critical knowledge is effectively captured and disseminated to support product usage. The Product Knowledge Manager will have a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to consult and propose a variety of relevant solutions for knowledge consumers, both internal and clients.
The Product Knowledge Manager will act as an agent of change, being assertive and proactive in anticipating situations requiring collaboration, negotiation and change management. The Product Knowledge Manager is an experienced professional with excellent analytic and strategic skills, critical thinking and proactive problem solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and relationship building skills. Demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to communicate with large groups and at different levels within the organization, influencing and interacting with all levels.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required. 5 years of knowledge management work experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and research skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills to work with different levels within the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams on projects.
  • Experience with electronic knowledge repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools, such as Telligent and ServiceNow.
  • Strong technical literacy with working knowledge of HTML preferred.
