Epsilon Agency is a full-service agency, and a growth engine for our clients. Our work is born from data, fueled by creativity, and focused on results. When you see what others don't, you can do what others can't. Is this you? At Epsilon Agency, instead of blasting out marketing and hoping that it works, we choose to be a data-driven agency that can deliver-with pinpoint accuracy-exactly what your brand needs: growth.
The Work You Will Do
You will be helping our clients to understand which consumer interaction channel(s) can best be used to solve for specific business challenges. When we say consumer interaction at Epsilon Agency, we mean any channel that a consumer has an opportunity to come in contact with! It all starts with people data, to first understand our client's prospects and customers.
He/She will be responsible for leading by example on the benefits of inclusion and collaboration. On a given day, he/she might be working with our Analytics Team to define a learning plan for a specific client. Other times, he/she will be working with our Interactions Activation Team to translate the strategy into channel-level executions for an assigned client or a new business pitch. In the end, He/She will be the one who connects all of the dots to ensure the strategy is sound, it is being flawlessly executed, and is returning against the intended business outcomes.
