Lead BSA (SAP Hana)

The BSA Lead will perform Sr. BSA tasks at a best-in-class level and act as a subject matter expert (SME) in multiple business systems analysis disciplines (marketing, reporting, projects, data, interactive, QA, or Epsilon services and products. The BSA Lead will use Epsilon experience and business knowledge to, handle challenging client situations, and providing problem resolution.

•Must be able to be onsite and client facing with a Dallas based client (Irving, TX) several days per week
•Experience building calculation views in SAP HANA required
•Experience building data flows in SAP Data Services required
•Must be client-savvy and able to build relationships and trust with client through face to face client engagement
•Advanced SQL knowledge is required and the BSA Lead must be able to query relational database systems by understanding table relationships and database concepts.
•Must have a strong understanding of data and how to validate / QC data anomalies
•Must be skilled in organizing technical process documentation
•Must be able to analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
•Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
•Experience defining, testing and executing reports
•May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
•Must be able to lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues, if needed
•Must be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions

Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead, facilitate and coordinate processes and associated tasks such as requirements, functional specifications and other client documentation
• Lead, facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and associated activities such as test plan, test cases and test execution
• Support production staff & client end users in the use of the overall client solution
• Consult, problem solve and review with client teams in areas of expertise

Technical Requirements
•Experience building calculation views in SAP HANA required
•Experience building data flows in SAP Data Services required
•Requires 8 years of related experience
•Advanced knowledge of SQL
•Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
•Understanding of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau, PowerBI)
•Experience with Web Technologies (HTML, XML, web services, etc.)

•Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
