Epsilon is seeking aStrategic Consultant 1 in the Healthcare Practice as we expand our team of outstanding digital customer strategists. We seek candidates with hands-on healthcare industry experience to work with our directors and VPs in elevating our clients' digital marketing maturity. Our healthcare practice supports major global clients (pharma, health insurance, payer, provider).
As a participant in the New Grad Program, you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career with Epsilon. The program includes a 12-week training curriculum, a formal mentoring partnership, various networking opportunities (speed networking events, leader meet & greets, group lunches and social events), and long-term career guidance.
• Consulting for clients embarking on enterprise digital transformation involving
new personalization technologies and data-driven communications
• Delivering omni-channel strategies and linkage to our executional teams for
healthcare clients, with skills in planning personalized customer experiences
across all addressable channels (accent on data and digital).
• Able to interpret media and digital analytics data in order to tell a meaningful
business impact story
• Develop and present reporting optimization recommendations
• Ability to assemble a reporting (performance management) presentation
• Bachelor's Degree in business, sales or marketing, or equivalent with 0-2
years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
