Role Overview:

Are you someone that is excited about the opportunity to drive the overall strategy and approach for audience creation and data-driven media experiences for clients? As a Director of Product Management, Audience Management you will manage the entire Product lifecycle from strategic planning to defining the capability roadmap of Audience Management for use within Epsilon PeopleCloud. In this role you will be leveraging your experience in Demand and/or Supply Side platforms, as well as campaign planning, activation, optimization, and measurement to the fullest extent, as you work to enhance and grow our current offerings.

The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, the ability to translate market requirements into a product vision, and work side by side with engineering to realize that vision. Additionally, this role will require the product leader to translate the product's value proposition and evolution to sales, marketing, and client services teams to evangelize the benefits in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the product capability roadmap by leveraging your understanding of the market landscape as well as feedback from internal/external users, socializing this roadmap across the Epsilon PeopleCloud product teams for their alignment.
  • Define business requirements in support of the Audience Management roadmap; working with Engineering to define the technical requirements.
  • Be the advocate for a simplified, consistent User Experience across PeopleCloud products; holding feedback sessions in the context of new product development activities across design, workflow, user experience, and pain-points/product friction.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder engagement with senior leadership including effectively communicating the status and delivery of revenue enabling features and capabilities on a regular basis.
  • Establish and track OKRs and KPIs that demonstrate value to the business and our users.
  • Partner with Engineering, Client Services, and UX teams to ensure a cohesive user experience between all systems and touch points.
  • Lead overviews of the Audience Management capabilities through hand-on demonstrations and user facing training and capability deep dive sessions; while growing adoption.
  • Create user onboarding and educational processes that align with existing product support and client service workflows.
  • Create, or assist with creation of product documentation, FAQs, best practices, and other knowledge base content
  • Evangelize our Audience Management offerings to executives about its differentiated competencies, as well as to engineering and data scientists about feature and product capability requirements.
  • Maintain a backlog of future development requirements based on user feedback, market dynamics, and strategic growth areas.
  • Develop rapport and relationship of trust with other product managers and key client personnel ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
  • Align stakeholders, resources, and milestones towards successful delivery of product enhancements and releases
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent.
  • Demand or Supply Side Media delivery platform experiences.
  • Excellent project planning, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Strong experience designing and driving product strategy cross-functionally across the organization.
  • Experience designing products, services, and capabilities to help facilitate expansion into existing and new markets.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and knowledge of various marketing and sales technology with a focus on B2B tools/technologies.
  • Owned a product or solution from introduction through launch and into maturity.
  • Experience effectively influencing stakeholders and driving resolutions.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
