Digital Solutions Consultant

Epsilon's Digital Experience practice helps marketers enhance the effectiveness of their complex digital marketing programs by orchestrating the interaction of their customer and prospect data in online, TV, mobile and social channels. The Digital Experience practice is comprised of digitally focused teams inclusive of design, campaign orchestration, machine learning, digital data enablement, and marketing orchestration. The Digital Solutions Consultant possesses a passion for innovative thinking and curiosity which yields highly valued strategies for our clients. This role is part of a dynamic team that thrives in a fast-paced environment, values continued professional development, and will work effectively with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out data management strategies and services that deliver on the client's vision. Projects range from orchestrating and facilitating offline or online data onboarding to the DMP or media partners, evaluating new or existing digital platform capabilities, marketing use case development, and technical DMP administration and consultation. Successful candidates will draw on past experience in digital media, advertising operations, campaign management, media buying or selling, or digital optimization to collaborate with client, agencies, and internal teams to deliver results for our clients.

Position Overview:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and expectations to order to provide insightful strategies. Act as a data and DMP consultant to facilitate productive and proactive conversations with client stakeholders and marketing manager leads in an effort to define marketing use cases, coordinate with teams to identify data inputs, and provide consultative services to lead the client toward their objective.

Utilizing your expertise in the digital media space achieved from your background and team training, your primary function is to authentically build and sustain genuine relationships. You will be required to navigate highly technical and non-technical worlds. You will be communicating with engineers, technical solution architects, and database teams and should process the ability to articulate these conversations to non-technical leadership, executives, and stakeholder teams. You will be expected to dive right into the "unknown" and should be curious about the "why". Bring a fearlessness in solving problems with the foresight to be proactive in challenges to come. Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management or related field.
•3 years preferred experience in marketing, advertising, promotions, media and/or digital.
•Knowledge of mainstream data management systems, data onboarding processes and tools, and a pulse on the emerging digital marketing trends.
• Must have experience with Adobe Audience Manager
