PURPOSE OF THE ROLE....
Maternity cover role for ~ 12 monthsreporting to the Database Services Manager. Work is a combination of secretarial, administrative and junior data management functions. The Data Admin Analyst will function as liaison between the different teams / divisions as and when needed.

This position requires a high degree of organization and planning, along with skills required to generate accurate and timely MIS reports logging in, and shipment of, client data. Work requires great attention to detail in recording the correct information and establishing load priorities and deadlines.

We require a proactive, self- driven and dynamic individual who is able to deal with a fast paced, key operational area of the business.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY....
Management of the data arrivals process and notification to stakeholders of data availability
Production of the daily data load schedule
Management and setting up of SFTP users and passwords for our Clients
Liaising between relevant teams to ensure the timely and accurate loading of client data
Updating of weekly MIS information
Maintenance and management of client information
Acceptance of, load scheduling and the internal management of data load prioritisation, for orders or analysis, received from stakeholders within the business
Dealing with order queries and requirements

SKILLS....
Excellent attention to detail
Good numeracy and technical skills
Good prioritisation skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS....
Previous experience within a sales / production or database marketing environment
PC literate and a demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
Knowledge of data, layouts and formats would be an advantage
Good administrative experience
A levels or similar. A degree is an advantage, but not essential
