Account Supervisor Job Overview:

The AT&T client Account Supervisor manages direct marketing programs, including strategic planning, project execution and results analysis. Oversees account staff and supervises all agency activity related to the client account. Ensures account profitability. Develops and maintains relationships with clients through daily contact and ensures client satisfaction, while possessing up to date knowledge of all work in progress.

Account Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Client-facing role
  • Oversee strategic and creative development and execution of direct mail campaigns
  • Manage list requirements, strategy documentation, flight plans and timelines for multiple projects
  • Manage print inventory; complete print request forms; work with production team to obtain quotes when necessary (PQRS)
  • Manage relationships with both internal partners and external partners/agencies to ultimately provide exceptional client service
  • Work with the production teams to manage flawless direct mail drops
  • Obtain client and internal approvals as appropriate on all materials
  • Review all print production proofs, printouts as well as mail sign-offs as appropriate
  • Verify and confirm all billing and project costs – manages budget for individual programs
  • Work with Senior Account Supervisor/Sr. Account Director to develop contingency plans in case of delays, errors or other potential roadblocks
  • Assure that all deliverables for the client and internal teams are done
  • Leads client review meetings and agency presentations
