This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to work with one of the world’s most exciting online brands. You will need to work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure that the client experience is outstanding, while sustaining an existing revenue stream as well as generating new business opportunities.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, the ideal candidate will have a wealth of proven digital experience, as well as experience managing a large budget, and a team of Account Executives. Excellent organizational, communication, project management and relationship building skills are also a must. You will have a solid foundation working at agencies or in a similar environment, and be a natural problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, making you extremely proactive in driving the delivery of client campaigns as well as growing the account.


Oversee a large digital marketing program with responsibility for staff and program management, financials and the timely delivery of client requirements.

Provide clear processes for your team to streamline ways of working in order to benefit both your team and the client.

Liaise with creative and development teams and ensure the delivery of best in class marketing communications.

Develop and deliver regular reports and account reviews to clients and internal stakeholders.

Manage and resolve account risks, escalating where required.

Ensure client satisfaction and agency profitability.

Work closely with the CSD to set strategic vision of accounts.

Work with account and wider Epsilon team to cross-sell and up-sell; identifying new business opportunities.

Actively pursue effective client relationships PLUS new revenue streams

Drive innovation on the team

Be a company spokesperson & a member of the related account management team


Previous account management experience in an agency environment.

Strong digital experience, with specific Social and/or Content experience a plus.

Ability to act as an extension of the client’s in house marketing team.

Managing and nurturing a team.

Owning sizable campaign budget,

Strong, engaging presentation skills.

Drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.

Possess the ability to take initiative and make decisions.
