What You'll Do
  • Produce beautiful, brand differentiating design in every form: design comps, prototypes, storyboards, data visualizations, etc
  • Contribute to experience design and delivery through collaboration on research and usability testing activities
  • Present design work to internal team as well as clients
  • Build and manage design systems across projects and workflows
  • Bring a fresh perspective that you'll share through participation in global design community discussions and events
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience creating visual and experience design for the digital space
  • BFA/BS/BA Graphic Design, Art, Marketing or closely related field
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates the depth and breadth of design skills
  • Strong conceptual thinking, self-motivated, driven; ability to work independently
  • An ability to collaborate effectively with teams to contribute to a project's success
  • A knack for gathering, interpreting, and addressing feedback effectively
  • A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation
  • Driven to define the look and feel of large, industry-leading sites
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant industry tools including but not limited to Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communications skills; ability to interface with clients on a regular basis
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with user research and motion design is a plus
