Senior Service Desk Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Specialist to join our company.
What You'll Do

  • Participate in Major Incident Management Process
  • Respond timely to messages from Service Desk to join the Bridge Call
  • Facilitate the Bridge Call
  • Work with the Application/Service Owner to gather current details for updates
  • Manage communication during the Incident Lifecycle
  • Share updates to pre-determined group lists
  • Ensure timely communication to the community
  • Filter distractions that would hinder or slow down the efforts of the troubleshooting team
  • Consult with Leadership for decision guidance
  • Resolve Major Incident record
  • Inform Service Desk and community about the implementation of the resolution and the restorage of service
What You Have
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Fine organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Advanced level of English
  • Advanced ITIL
