Description
We are currently looking to add to the team that supports our US recruitment from one of our locations in North America. We are open to a variety of recruitment backgrounds for this role, but one of the keys of this position is the ability to partner with our internal business partners. This role will not only be responsible for hands on recruitment, but also act as a point of contact and advisor to stakeholders as well. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with various EPAM teams to better qualify and identify talent, while still owning the complete recruiting lifecycle from end to end
  • Use strong time management skills to work with candidates and EPAM managers that are located in many geographic locations
  • Proactively identify gaps in the recruiting process while providing solutions to better support Executive hiring across a variety of disciplines
  • Provide subject matter expertise as a Talent Acquisition Consultant to stakeholders
  • Leverage most effective hiring sources and strong networking skills to help meet recruitment needs
  • Review, assess, and provide feedback on candidates
  • Negotiate and manage the complete offer process by partnering with hiring managers, senior management, relocation, mobility and HR teams
  • Be a candidate advocate and hiring manager advisor throughout the full life cycle of position
  • Keep data and records of candidate and process as required by company
Requirements
  • 7+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience from sourcing to hiring
  • Experience with Executive Recruitment in the area of Business Consulting, Account Management, Business Development, Delivery Management, Technology Solutions, and Cloud
  • Experience consulting with business partners to intake demand and report on supply
  • Experience identifying the top talent using creative tactics
  • Experience working with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to advise, guide, and educate on market patterns, best practices, and problem resolution
  • Excellent follow up and time management skills - must be a go-getter
  • Ability to succeed in fast-paced, high demand environment
  • Ability to be agile in process, to think on your feet, and get involved as a subject matter expert when needed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
