Currently we are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to make the team even stronger.

  • Support the procurement section to ensure EPAM procurement and grant procedures are compliant and conducted according to procedures, rules of EPAM
  • Plan and participate in budget preparation estimations in line with or opening and evaluation meetings, draft the contract notice document if necessary
  • Tender, evaluation process: participating in opening and evaluation meetings, sending awards documents for signature, filling relevant documents, verifying the compliance of the financial proposals and administrative documents including the financial capacity
  • Notification and contract signature phase: notifying tenderers, preparing further information letters to contractions, scanning and archiving all relevant documents, filling procurement documents (Purchase Orders, Delivery confirmation, Payment request), contract process
  • Final documents copies upload into corporate Financial System together with final approvals & evaluation results
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Procurement Director/Manager
  • Field of operations: Administrative & IT focused purchases
  • University (Bachelor's) degree in Economics, Management, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
  • At least 2 year of work experience in the field of project administration with emphasis on procurement and contracting management, key points knowledge of legislation in Poland
  • Experience in Office Supply provision (goods & services)
  • Experience in purchasing of technical equipment and services
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team and as individual
  • Ability to use information and communication technologies as a tool and resource
  • Relevant work experience with other international development organizations is an advantage
  • Good MS Office & ERP user
  • Fluent English, level B1+
