DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated Senior People Operation Specialist specialized in Human Resources in Shenzhen to make the team stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Act as back-end shared service operation covering China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, VN and Japan
  • Maintain, support/implement and streamline HR processes in the APAC region into daily activities of an organizational unit
  • Provide employee life-cycle management:
    • Orientation sessions for newcomers
    • Follow strictly on boarding processes
    • Coordinate project onboarding procedure and vetting accordingly
    • HR support to employees and line manager
    • Exit management: following strict process
    • Take exit interviews
  • Help with key HR programs running:
    • Engineering Communities support
    • Help with promotion campaign (e.g. Wellbeing programs)
    • Organize internal events as per defined schedule
    • Support HR programs automation related to the area of responsibility
    • Strengthen and support the company internal HR brand and internal communications, like Newsletters for the Ops team
    • Other job assignments as per business priorities
Requirements
  • 3-5 years working experience in HR domains (preferably in IT company), experience in events organization
  • Good command of English (B2 at least)
  • Bachelor or Higher education (Management or HR related)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid experience in various HR processes
  • Self-motivated and work effectively with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, persuasiveness
  • Quick at learning internal systems and tools
  • Goal-oriented team player, which shows courage to speak up and challenge others even when confronted with resistance
  • Humble, hungry, smart
