DESCRIPTION

Currently we are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Lviv office to make the team even stronger.
Responsibilities

  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth
  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
  • Manage a delivery team (several teams within account) to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
  • Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed
  • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
  • Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns and for onsite EPAM AM / DM / PM
  • Analyze and set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals
  • Perform customer negotiations for delivery related technical questions
  • Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
  • Make project/program level decisions to meet customer expectations
  • Develop scope and schedule estimates for coming opportunities and projects
  • Report delivery status to customers, EPAM management (health monitor), local management
Requirements
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
  • 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • English: B2 or higher
  • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
  • Build and maintain relationships with a client and in-house stakeholders
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
