Description
As part of our Business Consulting Practice in Seattle, you will work across various industries and clients and will partner with other practices within EPAM to support the delivery of technology and business solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic engagements for clients, delivering billable work and managing teams
  • Manage and oversee large complex transformational programs
  • Build client and internal relationships and drive value within existing accounts
  • Identify and drive business development activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals/SOWs, and helping to close new deals
  • Align with EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Work with our national business consulting practices to devise differentiated strategic and technology solutions to help clients solve industry challenges
  • Mentor and develop junior level consultants to improve quality of engagements and strengthen the practice
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging business and technology challenges, as well as the nuanced differences in markets, business models and geographies in which our clients operate
  • Contribute to thought leadership, such as presentations and white papers, to strengthen industry expertise and marketing efforts
Requirements
  • 5+ years consulting experience within consulting firms
  • 5+ years of experience working in the technology or retail industries (as a consultant or employee)
  • Strong management and leadership skills, such as experience in project and program management
  • Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions
  • Comfort working in large complex programs with ability to operate in lean teams with significant hands-on skills
  • Working understanding of agile methodology, agile software development, and agile practices
  • Proven ability to operate independently at client locations
  • Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate issues to clients
  • Executive level verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Management in a consulting or combination consulting/industry role
  • Strong leadership, communication and influencer skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing high growth environment
