We're looking for a Lead Designer/Design Manager to become a part of distributed global design group of 450+ multi-discipline designers (service, industrial, game designers, etc.). We are passionate about what we do - helping organizations use design to create valuable customer experiences across platforms and touchpoints.

You will have close cooperation with our partners in the number of locations from Minsk to Tokyo.
What You'll Do

  • Develop design team in Georgia
  • Hire new designers to your team
  • Promote EPAM on the local and global market
  • Communicate with other locations on CIS and global level
  • Evolve global and regional KPI's
  • Create and improve products for the world's top brands
  • Work directly with customers and be responsible for the final product experiences
  • Participate in pre-sales activities: estimations, building execution plan, strategy, tenders
  • Conduct and facilitate UX activities: discovery, workshops, user interviews, co-creation, etc
  • Set and improve design delivery processes on the project: set right tasks to right people, assess the performance, mentor team members, improve product KPIs
  • Develop customer relationship and cross-discipline collaboration
  • Present and advocate decisions
What You Have
  • 8 years of design practice
  • Portfolio with real case studies
  • End to end delivery experience: from product research to launch
  • Expertise in product analytics
  • Ability to convert KPI's and OKR's to tactical tasks for teams
  • Knowledge of pitching product strategy and tactics
  • Great mentor
  • Ability to manage and eliminate conflicts
  • Experience in estimations and building roadmaps
  • C1 English level
