EPAM's Emerging Engineers Lab is a virtual mentorship and educational program designed to ready you for a career in software engineering at EPAM. As an Emerging Engineer, you'll receive paid, professional training and hands-on coding experience from some of EPAM's top engineers.

For 12 weeks, you'll work directly with an EPAM mentor to enhance your technical skills and acumen by completing practical tasks in a real-world environment. You'll learn how to effectively work as part of a project team plus which technologies to use - and when - in a client environment. Your mentor will offer periodic assessments to track your progress and ensure you are job ready.

Once you've completed the program, you'll have the opportunity to interview for a full-time position at EPAM. Upon acceptance onto a project, you will begin working as an engineer with continued guidance from your mentor.
