The ideal candidate is a manager who can act as Solution Architect, Technology Consultant, and Agile Program Manager with recent hands-on activity driving those activities. We are looking for a practitioner who will work hand-in-hand with various parts of EPAM organization as well as EPAM Customers' to run large programs end-to-end, including solutioning, building teams as well as driving by example large programs.
What You'll Do

  • You will run delivery, resolving delivery issues on large scale programs with integrated Digital components
  • You will lead initiation, planning and execution of complex projects and programs. You will also be hands-on, ensuring EPAM delivery standards while bringing to life great products for our clients
  • You will be building your Agile delivery team as well as taking active part in transforming overall EPAM delivery organization to accommodate fast-paced changing market and technology landscape
  • You will be managing yourself as well as your team vs. KPIs around delivery, business health, people growth and technology proficiency
  • You will be leading solutioning efforts, driving and organizing other EPAM organizations around you to envision, solution and negotiate solutions for our Customers
  • You will continue to foster your technology skills, lead, coordinate and drive decision making process for key technology decisions
  • You will be EPAM Customers' delivery and technology partner, aligning Customer's vision with EPAM solutions and capabilities, taking driver's seat navigating both EPAM's and EPAM Customer teams' decisions as successful execution of decisions made
  • You will proactively identify issues and provide guidance to resolve program and team challenges in multi-geography teams' setup
  • You will develop practical solutions to achieve program productivity and quality goals and objectives
  • You will be Grow your team, mentoring and overall take proactive position in improving EPAM teams' skills and capabilities
Requirements
  • BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
  • Strong background and recent hands-on experience in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture
  • Strong understanding how User Experience and Customer First approaches enable best of breed solutions
  • Demonstrate past experience working with complex Digital systems and components
  • Understand Digital Transformations and challenges of implementing it in legacy environments
  • Ability to understand 'Big Picture' as well as to dive into project-level details. Ability to establish and manage 'at scale' in multi-region setup
  • Experience collaborating with Senior Level (VP +) stakeholders
  • Experience working in a pre-sales environment from solutioning to client communication highly desired
  • Knowledge of software development/Product lifecycle, methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and IT roles
  • Excellent business communication and time management skills required
  • Candidate should have strong project or program management skills in a highly technical environment
  • A thorough understanding of how to plan, resource, and deliver large-scale technical projects
  • Preferred experience executing programs related to modernization, re-platforming of large-scale solutions
  • Understanding Domain Driven Design
  • Experience executing from ground up solutions
  • Experience delivering cloud-ready solutions, GCP, AWS or Azure
  • Experience delivering micro-service architectures to life
  • Experience delivering data-intense solutions, integration architecture knowledge is a plus
