Currently, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Delivery Manager in Test with excellent communication skills for our EPAM East Coast offices. The ideal candidate will have a mix of hands on engineering, Delivery Management and Consulting in their background.

What You'll Do

  • Consult and implement right-fit test automation approach that aligns to Continuous Testing pattern
  • Consult on Agile testing and test automation (accelerators, tools and partner's products)
  • Work closely with business in identifying solution requirements and key case-studies/scenarios for the future solution
  • Lead implementation of the test plan/strategy from establishing project requirements and goals to solution "go-live"/steady stage/CoE
  • Participate in the full cycle of pre-sales activities: direct communications with potential customers, RFP processing, development of proposals for implementation and design of the solution, presentation of the proposed solution to a customer, participation in meetings with customer representatives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, including emerging ones such as cloud, mobile, big data and IoT testing
  • Lead/Conduct onsite workshops at client site to perform current state analysis and determine future direction of CoE
  • Lead the implementation of an automated testing solution that requires implementation of a CI Pipeline and tools as well as is cloud native
  • Act as a career coach or/and advisor for future leadership subordinates
Requirements
  • Hands-on current experience authoring, building and adopting large scale, cross-functional automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, back-end integration, database levels
  • Deep understanding of different test automation approaches (keyword-driven, Data-driven, BDD, hybrid) and technology stacks (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Ability to develop custom test automation methodologies and adapt them to clients' reality
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD process and instrument full SDLC automation, specifically cloud testing execution, reporting tools such as ALM, Jira
  • Proven experience leveraging Service Virtualization tools such as CA DevTest, Parasoft and/or open source tools such as Mockito, Hoverfly and Mountebank
  • Experience integrating Test Data Management into the pipeline and Automation solution
  • Improve process and quality via test and process automation: defining right strategy and technology based on process and architecture assessment by engaging different roles and stakeholders
  • Deep practical experience with cutting edge tools for Web, Mobile, Desktop, DB and Web-service testing (Selenium, Appium, SoapUI, etc.)
  • English level - B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher
  • Experience in the design and implementation of continuous integration, delivery, and deployment setups
  • Strong communication skills, and proven ability to handle conflicts and taking on responsibility
  • Experience and up-to-date knowledge of design and implementation of end-to-end solutions (including OOP, SOA, mobile, and responsive applications)
  • Demonstrated experience assessing a client's current testing practice, building a backlog of recommendations and leading their implementation
  • Experience with outcome based setups, delivering on hard commitments and fixed timelines
  • Agile/Scrum experience is a must
  • Professional services experience is preferred

  • This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
