AWS DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and automating our software development process using Github Actions, C++, and other relevant technologies. You will work closely with our development team to ensure efficient and high-quality software releases.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the development team to create and maintain automated build, test, and release pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Implement and maintain a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline for our software products
  • Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure, including AWS
  • Configure and manage our Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers
  • Work with the development team to improve code quality, code coverage, and code analysis tools
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to the software development process

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps or related field
  • Experience with C++ building processes and experience with Git
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure management using AWS or Azure
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with code quality and code coverage tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Shell, TypeScript
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
    • Experience with other CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI
    • Familiarity with other cloud providers such as Google Cloud or IBM Cloud
    • AWS IOT or Azure IOT
    • CDN such as Cloudfront, Cloudflare, etc
