We are looking for an Application Support Engineer for support of our customer's project. You will be responsible for setting up of support process (incident/change management), SLA, tracking users requests, resolving L2 tickets, addressing issues to appropriate teams (dev\networking), daily communication with the development team and end-users.

What You'll Do
- Develop distributed and scalable platform, providing the following services:
- Management and execution of performance tests: load, peak, stress, etc
- Management and execution of automated user behaviour scenarios on various application platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Windows)
- Web UI single application front-end
- Microservices based back-end architecture
- Experience with Linux (familiar with command line, main services)
- Understanding of Selenium, Appium, JMeter
- Familarity with Docker
- Experience with Elasticserach / Kibana / Grafana
- Knowledge of Python
- Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication with end-users
- Familaruty with ITIL best practices
- English Level: B2+
