The Executive Assistant will provide professional and confidential support to two key executives located in our Beverly Hills office, the Chief Operating Officer & Executive Producer of TV Movies and Low Budget Series. As a proven achiever and polished professional, the Executive Assistant will have exceptional time management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be resourceful with an energetic demeanour and a proven track record of providing outstanding executive assistance.
- Answering and rolling calls
- Arranging conference calls
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing executives calenders
- Monthly expense reports for executives
- Booking travel
- Ordering office supplies
- Coordinating with IT, HR, Finance & Facilities on daily office matters
- Work closely with other assistants
- Help in creations of projects
- Read and assist with scripts
- Proficient with Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Interest in finance and business
- Outgoing, professional phone manner
- Attention to detail and organized
- Pre-emptive / anticipatory work ethic
- Agency and / or Office Coordinator experience a plus
