Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with U.S. and Canadian benefit vendors
- Analyze key metrics and trends to develop strategies to optimize plan performance and utilization
- Collaborate with communications specialist to promote benefit plans and employee wellness
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for assigned benefit plans and advise HR partners on administrative and policy questions
- Research, analyze and respond to administrative appeals
- Facilitate and review requests for proposals (RFPs); review and negotiate contracts and renewals with benefit vendors and monitor vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Assist in the development and annual review of benefit materials including summary plan descriptions, enrollment guides, new hire communications and process documents
- Monitor state and federal regulations and guidance relevant to plan compliance

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have 5 or more years' experience managing Health and Welfare benefits for corporations with 1,000+ employees
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) Designation
