Rate Coordinator

  • Verify that the account setup completed in Odyssey matches the rental agreement/contract to ensure accurate billing as well as stated revenue
  • Resolve any discrepancies by determining the source of the discrepancy and advising collectors or sales or IM staff on appropriate corrections needed to resolve the problem
  • Advise collection team on solutions to questions, issues or concerns regarding one off rate disputes
  • Identify and research potential problems or ongoing customer disputes in regards to the collections process and determine solutions, including analysis and reports of facts and findings
  • Prepare weekly collection statistics (e.g., top 35 reports, top accounts report, flash report) to help guide collection departmental efforts to achieve maximum cash collection potential
  • Identifies billing errors through customer analysis and ensures financials are updated to reflect correct revenue and receivables associated with billing
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
