IT Product Manager Senior

The Information Security Office (ISO) has a unique opportunity for a Senior IT Product Manager within the IT Security Risk Governance team. In this role you will directly interact with ISO Officers, internal department management and personnel, and select third-party providers. You will assist the ISO organization in maintaining and improving its ability to provide essential security services to EHI and its customers.
A successful candidate will be a driven, organized, effective collaborator and communicator. A person who has a broad understanding of EHI's lines of business and can deftly negotiate the IT enterprise's structure and culture. Understanding basic technology security concepts and the critical importance of ISO's mission of protecting Enterprise Holdingsthrough a balanced value-added approach is essential.
As a Product Manager Sr within ISO, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior IT leaders and Officers to maintain and manage ISO financials, maintain and improve products, facilitate labor planning, and help manage a project portfolio all focused on protecting the enterprise. You will act as the liaison for the ISO leadership team and the Project Management Office for ISO's portfolio performance. This will include leading monthly reviews of employee capacity management, disseminating basic information on recently approved Gp98 programs and projects, and selective reviews of project financial performance. To support ISO's financial management, you will guide the development of the annual forecast and perform monthly reconciliation against actuals using Apptio.You will have the opportunity to improve and maintain ISO's lifecycle management process for its security products portfolio, including participating in product selection, ensuring adequate documentation and steps are accomplished for implementation, change management, resilience, and roadmaps through retirement. The ability to build and maintain trusting and goal-oriented relationships with IT Business Management, Supply Change Management and Contracts is critical.
Additionally, the scope of your role will include more traditional project manager functions such asplanning, directing, coordinating, andmonitoringactivities of one or more project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of IT initiatives. You will collaborate with project sponsors to define the project scope andobjectives,identifyrequired skills and resources for the project team, develop detailed work plans, andprovideproject status updates. You willbe responsible foranticipatingandidentifyingproject issues and risks, recommending solutions, and working with senior management to implement solutions.
