Opportunity Overview
As clinical product manager for Enlitic you will serve as a clinical expert within the company guiding and directing our product strategy, positioning, and high value proposition. You will serve as a champion across the organization to ensure that the significant relevance of our clinical solution is clear and understood. At Enlitic, you will lead a global effort to create a coherent, vibrant, Healthcare IT focused AI ecosystem. The clinical product manager will play a key role in driving our customers’ success utilizing our products and services to improve their workflow.
You will manage, develop, and implement product strategy for a comprehensive portfolio of healthcare solutions and advanced AI models. Since this position is vital to the overall healthcare continuum of care efforts, you will partner closely with Data Science and Engineering teams across Enlitic. You will manage and grow an exceptional organization, collaborate with various stakeholders, and create and deliver a unified vision for Enlitic. This role requires strong interaction with executives and will provide tremendous opportunity for visibility across all of engineering and data science at Enlitic. Education
- Bachelors and/or relevant industry work experience, Master Preferred
Experience
- 6+ Years’ experience in a clinical position or role in a healthcare provider environment (Radiology, Cardiology, Enterprise, Technologist, etc.)
- 3+ Years’ managing clinical workflows, clinical solutions, and clinical tools
- Experience in product management a huge plus
- Experience in Healthcare AI a plus
- Experience with AHA! Product Management Software a plus
- Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Ability to work with various staff to derive critical clinical input and feedback
- Ability to travel when needed
- Experience working with payer/provider customers
- Experience with claims/clinical/lab data
- Domain knowledge related to value-based care contracting, program design, and performance management
- Domain knowledge related to population health management, social determinants of health, predictive modeling
Responsibilities
- Provide support in clinical sales, including on-site demonstrations
- Participate in solution design and (as needed) the Prospect Approval Process (PAP), RFIs, and RFPs to ensure proposed solutions meets customers’ clinical workflow requirements
- Contribute at the knowledge exchange with our R&D team to improve and further develop our products and software solutions
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic customers, national show sites, and local reference sites
- Develop and deliver sales education in assigned clinical specialty
- Collaborate with senior product leaders at Enlitic to define product strategy for our value-based care platform
- Drive product releases from conception to realization working closely with engineering
- Work closely with customers, prospects, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to distill end-user needs and transform them into product and platform requirements
- Research the external landscape to understand competitive offerings and market trends
- Serve as Enltic’s expert on how product features work, how these features bring value to customers, and why they are differentiated
- Support sales and solutions teams with subject matter expertise and advice
- Interact with our data science and platform engineering teams to ensure product requirements from conception to fruition
- Perform data analyses (individually or as a facilitator) on proposed or existing data features / modeling methodologies
- Engage in print planning and release management processes; creating strong product documentation for use by customers, as well as use for internal knowledge creation and transfer
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on release plans and progress
- Cooperate with customer-facing teams as needed to support their implementation of our products and ensure customer success
- Propel product design and user research in partnership with our design team
- Team with product marketing to articulate messaging and competitive differentiation through case studies, blogs, white papers, and videos
- Execute market research projects, competitive analysis
- Serve as the clinical expert for Enlitic providing those internal and external
