Tasks and Responsibilities
- Execute revenue growth goals of $1M
- Sell the Enspire Platform to employers with more than 1,000 employees
- Lead sales negotiations with executive-level stakeholders (C-suite, HR, Safety, IT, and Corporate Comms) across multiple industries
- Ensure Salesforce is updated (daily) with sales activity
- Master Enspire Platform features, functions, and how to communicate capabilities via demo
- Establish trust-based relationships with client prospects from generating the lead to close
- Facilitate positive transition to Enspire Operations and Digital Strategy Teams for Client implementation
- Manage broker and vendor channel partners to identify prospects and close revenue
- Demonstrate expertise in employee total rewards and industry trends
- A remote work environment with up to 30% travel
